Registration is at 5.30pm and the seminar will start at 6.00pm sharp.

The role of the company secretary has evolved from that of “mere servant” to that of chief administrative officer. The Companies Act 2014 has also for the first time given clear statutory expression to the obligations of this role. In this seminar, experienced speakers will explain and explore the law, regulations, guidance, and expectations affecting company secretaries.
