About the speaker: James Kavanagh is Managing Director of Trustee Decisions, a company which provides independent trustee services to corporate, semi-state and state organisations. On March 12th, 2015, James will examine the requirements to be a trustee with a particular emphasis on the recent cases which have impacted the pensions landscape in Ireland.
