The Corporate Governance Association of Ireland is association with Mason Hayes and Curran are hosting a Seminar looking at Corporate Investigations on Thursday 1 March 2018 in their offices on Barrow Street, Dublin 4.
Against the backdrop of the Government’s recently announced measures to tackle white collar crime in Ireland and bring the State in line with various international conventions on the issue, we look at what companies and their directors should be doing to meet their legal obligations and what they might need to consider if faced with an investigation by a regulator.
At this seminar, MHC speakers will conduct a panel discussion on how best to prevent the possibility of being faced with an investigation by a regulator, the impact of an investigation on your organisation and what directors need to be doing so that the focus is on prevention rather than cure.
