Biography This member has extensive experience as a Director, Manager and Management Consultant.

He is currently a non-executive Director of Griffith College Dublin, Integrity Solutions, Dublin Employment Pact, and Unilever Ireland Trust.

Until recently he was a Founding Director of 21st Century Printing Ltd and with the Company now sold he remains a non-executive Director.

He is also an executive Director of Quality Management Development Ltd, and Personnel Publications Ltd, both of which Companies are wholly owned by him; the latter company will publish an ambitious series of management books over the next three years, with much of the writing already under way.

The main thrust of his consultancy practice is in the areas of Change Management, Human Resource Strategy & Practice and in Senior Executive Development.

In recent years he has also become increasingly involved in Bullying & Harassment cases � as both a Mediator and an Investigator.

From an educational viewpoint he is a Graduate of the Trinity College/Irish Management Institute M.Sc in Organisational Behaviour and has also been awarded a PhD in Team Development and Change Management by Cranfield University in the UK.

In 2006 he completed the Graduate Diploma in Corporate Governance at UCD.

Finally, he would have an interest in contributing as a non-executive Director to organisations who feel they could benefit from his extensive board and management experience outlined above.
