For the last six years he has operated as Managing Director of a shared services centre (Irish subsidiary) of a U.S. Enterprise Content Management and Business Process Management corporation. He has extensive knowledge of the global software industry and has specific skills in the areas of internationalisation, localization and QA. He has international experience from managing teams in the US and China and has significant experience in the areas of business outsourcing and off shoring.
