He has worked as Marketing Director and Managing Director of the Cadbury Schweppes Ireland Group � a position from which he retired in 2003. His career wide experience with CS, embraces all aspects of operations, manufacturing, HR, finance, sales and marketing. He was awarded the inaugural �Marketing Person of the year award� in 1993. He holds a B.Comm. and MBS in Marketing and in 2006 graduated with a Diploma in Corporate Governance from UCD. He is currently a non-executive director in a not for profit organisation and acts as a mentor to several small business enterprises. He is a member of the Corporate Governance Association of Ireland and the Marketing Institute. He is also a former Chairman of EAN Ireland.
